Director of District Management

Downtown OKC Partnership is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director of District Management, a key member of the organization’s leadership team. This role provides oversight and direction for Downtown OKC’s six distinct districts, guiding district strategy, governance, financial management, and activation efforts. The Director of District Management supervises district staff, supports boards and committees, and collaborates closely with internal resource teams to advance placemaking, public space management, marketing, events, advocacy, and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of downtown ecosystems, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for creating vibrant, well-managed urban districts.
