For All the Saints (Especially Patrick)

Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day early with Canterbury Voices and Canterbury Chamber Voices, along with friends from the OKC Philharmonic and an authentic Irish band, as we embark on a musical journey that pays homage to the spirit of the Irish, the legacy of patron saints (especially Patrick), and the timeless beauty of ancient melodies.

We begin with Benjamin Britten‘s Hymn to St. Cecilia and Eriks Esenvalds’ mesmerizing O Salutaris Hostia, to the beauty of Franz Biebl‘s Ave Maria, and then we move to a full-on celebration with music by Dolores Keane, Francis Shaughnessy, Kevin Memley, Michael McGlynn and others!

The evening will be full of exuberant, melodic strains, transporting you to a festive evening of merry music!
