DOWNTOWN DEVELOPERS’ CONNECTION

DOWNTOWN DEVELOPERS’ CONNECTION
INTERACTIVE WEBINAR
WEDNESDAY MARCH 24, 2021, 10AM

Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership is excited to debut the Downtown Developers’ Connection (formerly Developers’ Luncheon) on Wednesday, March 24th at 10:00am.

Each year, DOKC connects local developers, business and civic leaders, elected officials, and design professionals with national experts to discuss tips, trends, and innovations. The tradition continues with the 2021 Downtown Developers’ Connection webinar event featuring David C. Smith (Cushman & Wakefield – Atlanta, GA) and Christopher Leinberger (Places Platform, LLC – Washington, DC).

Their presentation will explore how the pandemic has affected employers’ and employees’ views on work flexibility and the purpose of the office, and if that should have long-lasting effects on how we build, manage, and promote our downtown workspaces.

The session will be moderated by Wheeler District’s VP of Development, Ashley Terry, and will include a moderated Q&A following the presentation. Cost to attend is $20 per person and proceeds will benefit the Downtown Oklahoma City Initiatives nonprofit. Webinar will be recorded for future use.

The research featured in this webinar was conducted by Cushman & Wakefield and the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at The George Washington University School of Business for a webinar produced by the International Downtown Association earlier this year. It has been adapted for the Oklahoma City audience.
