MIDTOWN BOCCE BALL COURTS

UPDATE: Feb. 8, 2023

The Midtown Bocce Court will be closing Monday, February 13th due to the exciting new Phillips-Murrah development. Thank you Midtown Renaissance for helping us temporarily activate this vacant lot and a huge thank you to those who enjoyed the bocce court over the years. Be sure to stop by this week and play a final round of bocce!

MIDTOWN BOCCE BALL
NW 9TH AND HUDSON

Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership and the Midtown Association with the help of Midtown Renaissance brought two bocce ball courts to Midtown at the northwest corner of NW 9th Street and N. Hudson Ave. The courts are free and open to the public year-round.

The project includes two full-sized bocce ball courts, a score keeper, tournament-grade bocce balls, a “rules of bocce ball” mural for beginners, and additional seating and shade for players and onlookers.

The temporary use of the land allows us to activate and connect a portion of this large district, while providing a space that is usable for residents, visitors, and downtown employees.

These courts are sponsored by the Midtown Association. Thank you to our partners Midtown Renaissance and The City of OKC.
