Chef’s menu includes a Wood-Fired Grilled Octopus with fire-roasted carrots paired with a Spanish rosé with flavors of mango, cantaloupe, and peach, and a Duo of Lamb with summer asparagus paired with an Italian rosé with flavors of fresh berries and lemons.
