Deep Cuts: Bear of the Dragon

Join us in the taproom for behind the scenes tours of the brewery led by our very own brewers and an epic beer & food crossover experience, featuring OKC Eggrolls! Not only will there be exclusive dinner boxes available, but we’re rolling out a pho-inspired sour ale with OKC Eggrolls just in time for Lunar New Year called “PHOever Yum!” It wouldn’t be deep cuts without pulling some of your favorite past brews from the cellar… We’ll announce which beers will be on tap leading up to the event!

Plus, stay tuned to find out which beers we’ll be pulling from the cellar and have on tap during the event.

It’s free to attend the event but if you bring in your Free RSVP ticket, you’ll get a FREE eggroll upon entry!

Each dinner Box includes a 10oz pour of PHOever Yum and a free eggroll! Both traditional and vegan options available – see below for details.

• Ribeye Fried Rice | soy sauce, curry powder, butter, sliced ribeye, peas, carrot, onion
• Pork Eggroll | contains gluten, mushroom, and fish sauce (anchovy based)
• Fried Cabbage Scallion Pancake | made with Stonecloud beer
• Marinated Cucumber Salad | Mirin, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, chili crisp

• Shiitake Fried Rice (vegan) | vegetable oil, soy sauce, curry powder, onion, carrot, peas
