DESCRIPTION:What: Five-week stop-motion animation workshop\nWho: Teens (12 – 18)\nWhen: Monday\, June 1 – Friday July 3\, 2026\nTime: Monday – Friday • 9 AM – 4 PM\nWhere: ARTSPACE at Untitled 1 NE 3rd St\, Oklahoma City \nDescription: \nAdapt a story – draft scripts & storyboards\nBuild the world – design sets\, sculpt puppets\, rig props\nAnimate & shoot – capture a complete short film frame-by-frame\nEdit & polish – add sound\, titles\, and final touches\nGo public – submit to student film festivals\, create promo materials\, and host a premiere screening of your film \nWhy join? \nHands-on mentorship: lead instructor Nicole Emmons (professional animator & filmmaker) guides you through the entire pipeline + visiting animator guest speakers\nCareer-level experience: five full weeks of production mirrors a real studio schedule\nFestival exposure: finish with a festival-ready short\, promo kit\, and red-carpet screening \nWho we’re looking for \nPassionate teen animators\, storytellers\, puppet-makers\, set designers\, filmmakers—anyone who loves bringing ideas to life in motion.
