Welcome to Skyline Snapshot, a status report on key projects in and around Downtown Oklahoma City. The Snapshot is always available at downtownokc.com. The Skyline Snapshot aims to keep you up-to-date on the progress of the many projects that are part of our city's exciting growth. Downtown Oklahoma City project information compiled with the assistance of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Urban Renewal, private developers, private entrepreneurs, and Downtown Oklahoma City, Inc. Downtown OKC Inc. makes every effort to ensure that notices are accurate based on information provided by other organizations.

Project: A 139 unit apartment complex has been approved for constuction at N.E. 4th St. and Oklahoma Ave. in Deep Deuce. A second phase is also planed to be built a later time that will extend out on Walnut Ave.

 

Status: TIF financing for the development has been approved, construction is scheduled to begin in the Fall 2011.
