A 139 unit apartment complex has been approved for construction at N.E. 4th St. and Oklahoma Ave. in Deep Deuce. A second phase is also planed to be built a later time that will extend out on Walnut Ave.   Read More
Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn

A duel hotel project is being proposed at E. Sheridan Ave and Joe Carter Ave in Bricktown. The project will consist of a 155-room Hilton Garden Inn and a 100-room Homewood Suites. The two hotels will share meeting rooms and be connected to the existing Hampton Inn.

Aloft Hotel

An $18 million Aloft hotel is set to be built in Deep Deuce as part of the ongoing Maywood Park development. The hotel will feature modern design with views of Bricktown and the downtown skyline. Developer Jim Thompson's plans involve a seven-story, 130-room hotel with three restaurants and 12,000 square feet for boutique retail on the first floor.   Read More
