Project: The Central Oklahoma Transportation & Parking Authority (COTPA) is conducting a comprehensive parking strategy study for the downtown. Goals include optimizing the utilization of COTPA-owned and/or operated parking lots and garages, on-street parking and private parking facilities open to the public.
