Stage Center Feasibility Study

Stage Center is currently closed due to flood damage from the spring flood in 2010. The structure and site is in need of drainage improvements and flood remediation. Stakeholders in Stage Center are currently assessing the damage and determining the next step of action.

Railroad Quiet Zone

The City has been working with BNSF Railroad and the Federall Railroad Administration to provide a Railroad Sealed Safety Corridor through the downtown area. The sealed safety corridor will allow the railroad to not sound their horns at crossings as currently required. Cardinal Engineering has been contracted by the City to develop plans and specifications for the public street improvements.
