SandRidge Commons project integrating the SandRidge Building (former Kerr-McGee Tower) into the urban community. The development features a new landscaped plaza, a multi-story glass mid-rise and renovations of the historic Braniff Building and Kerr Park. Plans for the new mid-rise include a ground-floor restaurant facing Kerr Park, a day care center, and assembly hall. The design features a sundeck and outdoor play area adjacent to the day care, an outdoor climbing wall, fitness center and a rooftop basketball court.

OIPA, OERB and OEEF Headquarters

The Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and the Oklahoma Energy Education Foundation are building a new headquarters building at NE 4th and Lincoln Boulevard. Plans for the headquarters are for a three story 24,000 square foot office building.
