The dining space, known as “nebu,” features classics like cheeseburgers and fries to healthy fare, such as salads and made-to-order sushi. Nebu also offers stations featuring homemade pasta, fresh brick-oven pizzas, salads, Latin-inspired favorites and much more. The eatery is named after the Northeast Blanco Unit (NEBU), Devon’s first large drilling project and the first major play where natural gas was economically produced from coal formations. California-based Guckenheimer, the company hired to manage nebu, uses fresh, local ingredients and hormone-free beef, chicken and pork as well as fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Non-meat, protein-based meals are also available. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. with lunch from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
